When you place an order to purchase a product from Lionheart Stationers, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. An automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.

If you wish to return your order please notify us, by email that this order is being returned. (If you could confirm the reason this would be greatly appreciated).

Return all the stationery in the packaging that it was received in within 7 days.

On receipt of your previously dispatched order, we will refund the full purchase amount.

We operate on proofs sent out to our customers before dispatching. The orders are dispatched within a maximum of 24 hours from the moment of the customer’s approval. We cannot be held responsible for changes occurring in wording preferences or design after a proof has been approved, therefore we do not refund on that account.
